Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Classic Mode - Inkling (Girl)

Read description first Doing the Inkling (Girl)'s Classic Mode run. "What a colorful route full of palette swaps to simulate the spirit of a Turf War against opponents of another ink color," Palutena said, wearing all yellow. "Except for the lack of Turf War rules, Inklings, weapons, spawn points, cute little jellyfishes, the cat referee, th-" "We get it," Viridi interrupted, sounding annoyed, and wearing all green. "Anyway, how does it feel to be in Smash?" Palutena asked the girl. "BOOOOOOOOOOORIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!" the Inkling girl said. Chris, wearing all light blue, quickly stopped Palutena from bonking the girl's head. "Easy girl. Easy girl!" he told her. "Why? Why would you call Smash boring? What's not to love about the spirit in smashing someone else's spirit?" Palutena questioned. "Like me trying to do it on you right now." "It's just not the same!" the Inkling girl said, shrugging. "It's not any better than a Turf War! No one is into inking or even playing Rainmaker. They're all into getting KOs, and that's sorta scary! I've had people trying to smash my head into the wall while they laugh!" "But getting KOs in a Turf War allows your team to push forward into the objective," Palutena said. "Yeah, on a TURF WAR as a SIDE STRATEGY. Not HERE, where getting taken down is the WHOLE gist of it," the Inkling girl said, emphasizing several words. "I got in here 'cause it looked like a blast to fight people who don't look like Inklings, but now, I'm not so sure." Chris noticed something weird on the girl. "...What's that on your left eye?" he asked. There was a glaring, flaring Smash Bros. symbol image in her left pupil. "Oh, this?" the girl said, pointing at her left eye. "Ever since I saw that symbol back then...it's been...kinda stuck in my eye for a while now. I don't know how to get rid of it...and frankly speaking, it's creeping me out. I can't wake up every late morning without looking at it on the mirror. Is it a curse?" "It's divine punishment for you ditching our sacred realm of Smash," Palutena said, looking ominous. "The gods knew you would act so rashly on our ground in the future, and thus, they cast this curse on you." "...T-that can't be it," the Inkling girl said, looking freaked out. "Y-you're pulling my leg." "Embrace Smash, or else, prepare to live with that un-fresh symbol for the rest of your Squidy life, clashing with your stylish outfits, threatening to make you look like a freak among fresher Inklings," Palutena warned ominously. "..." The Inkling gulped and started sweating bullets. "N-no. I-I want to look fresh! I don't want this symbol in my eye! I-I'll like Smash! R-really, I will!" In fear, she turned into Squid form and Super Jumped through the ceiling, blasting a hole in it and screaming into the sky. "...GEEZ!" Viridi said, looking surprised at Palutena. "Remind me to NOT talk smack about Smash around you." Palutena stopped looking ominous and smiled. "I only try to keep things down under control so we don't act out of place," she said. "S-so..." Chris trailed off, looking at the hole, "what was up with that symbol in her eye?" "Meh. I'm sure she just stared at it for too long and it'll wear off eventually,." "Really?" "Nope. I'm just speculating," Palutena said, suddenly holding up a screen with the flaring Smash Bros. symbol in it. "By the way, check out this sweet symbol, you two! LOOK AT IT!" Viridi and Chris screamed and ran off, prying their eyes away from ever looking at that image. Palutena giggled. "I should so mess with people using this baby!" she mused. Key Notes: Classic Mode Overview (repeated in every other character video) - Unlike before, you will never start your difficulty at the maximum difficulty (9.9). The limit you can start is at 5.0. - However, depending on how well you do in every fight, the difficulty will steadily increase. The factors that contribute an increase are if you... 1) ...finished the fight as quickly as possible. 2) ...didn't stay put or mess around. 3) ...actually managed to avoid damage altogether (meaning a perfect run, which doesn't really guarantee an extra point). - At best, you can get a whole point (or more) added to difficulty. At worst, you get nothing. "Nice Plays" may just be compliments that usually are around 0.8 additions. Do your best to get to the end of the mural. Inkling's Final Boss - The ever so colorful...Marx. - The ink mechanic can increase damage and knockback on affected opponents, all the way up to 1.5x when fully inked. However, if the Inklings run out of ink, the power and usability of their moves will lose potency, so you must recharge with B (when you have ink and use B, they shoot ink). Moreover, opponents covered in ink will get cleaned overtime, so act quickly. - ...Not that the ink mechanic helps any against bosses. It's all about keeping that ink tank full, or else, you'll be in a tight spot. Watch, enjoy, and comment, everyone.
