Try this Chocolate brownie cake dessert made with the creamy goodness of Olper's Dairy cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhjaye #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #Desserts Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3eEn1sn Serves 6-8 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Brownie layer: -Boiling water -Compound chocolate 180g -Makhan (Butter) 180g -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup -Cocoa powder ¼ Cup -Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp -Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp -Instant coffee 1 tsp -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Olper’s milk ¾ Cup Prepare Whipped Cream Layer: -Ice cubes -Olper’s Cream chilled 250ml -Icing sugar ¼ Cup -Vanilla essence ½ tsp Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -Compound chocolate 100g -Olper’s Cream 100ml -Compound chocolate Directions: Prepare Brownie Layer: -On a double boiler,place a bowl,add compound chocolate,butter and mix well until chocolate melts. -Remove from double boiler,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder, instant coffee & sift all dry ingredients together. -Add caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well. -Add milk & whisk well. -On greased baking dish (7 x 10 inch) lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter and spread evenly. -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. -Take out from oven & baking dish,place on a wire rack & let it cool. Prepare Whipped Cream Layer: -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well. -Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks form & transfer to a piping bag. Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -In a jug,add compound chocolate,cream & microwave for 40-60 seconds then mix well & set aside. -On a serving dish,place chocolate brownie,add prepared olper’s whipped cream & spread evenly. -Add chocolate ganache & spread evenly. -Garnish with grated compound chocolate & refrigerate until chilled. Prepare Whipped Cream Layer: -Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Icing sugar ar vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein. Prepare Whipped Cream Layer: -Jug mein compound chocolate aur cream dal ker 40-60 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein. -Serving dish mein chocolate brownie rakh ker tayyar olper’s whipped cream dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Chocolate ganache dal ker evenly pheela lein. -Grated compound chocolate sa garnish karein aur & thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
