Transforming modern masculinity | Frog Systems

What does it mean to be masculine in a modern society? Join us for a conversation with three stars from the world of rugby who are united in helping men to transform their outlook and improve their lives at home and at work. Our guests: Craig White Craig is an elite coach for individuals and teams, helping them to be the leaders they want to be. He’s worked with the Wales and Ireland rugby teams, the British Lions, and emerging teams nations including Uruguay and Chile. Outside the game he set up Men Without Masks to bring men together through nature to learn from each other, to grow and find purpose.   / craig-white-mens-coach   Rhys Thomas Rhys is a former Wales rugby union international who suffered a career-ending heart attack at the age of 29 which led to struggles with his mental as well as physical health and dependency on alcohol.
