X 3 WORKOUT 2 – MAX OUT PART 1 - 12mins on the clock 1MIN – DB FR SQUATS (alt Goblet) 1MIN – DOUBLE DB GTOH (Single alt) 1MIN - DB SNATCHES 1MIN – BURPEES OVER DB Repeat x 3 (NOTE: Set a timer to ring every minute x 12 and what you want to do is start with FR SQUATS and once the 1st minute is over move straight onto performing max reps on GTOH, then once the 2nd minute is over move on to SNATCH ETC.. keep doing this for 12 mins TOTAL) REST 2mins then onto Part 2 PART 2 - 9mins on the clock 1min – DB lunges (alternative normal lunges or fr rack r lunges) 1min – DB PUSH UPS 1min – SIT UPS Repeat x 3 NOTE: Same principal applies here, except a shorter time.
