All ball bearings I don’t know much about Valor swivels other than the screw hole spacing lol. I’ve heard LMF has a really solid traditional style swivel, haven’t used one yet. If anyone want to volunteer one my way I’ll give it a go lol. — update on this, I finally got my hands on one of these and I was not disappointed!! Very fast action, this is by far my favorite Non ball and hook swivel that I’ve tried so far!! Forza d-hook is a great unit, it has the smallest screw hole diameter of any swivel I’ve used so far. Fits a #8 wood/Sheetrock screw like a champ, it has the same screw hole spacing as several other brands but they went with a smaller screw hole diameter.
