Low capability, but high levels of enthusiasm 2. Low (but somewhat growing) capability 3. Emerging capability, with variable enthusiasm 4. High capability, with strong confidence The four styles of leadership combine different levels of: • Task-oriented Instruction • Relationship-oriented support To give: 1. Instructing 2. Persuading 3.
