Crepe recipe Crepe Recipe Makes 9-11 crapes, depending on how large your pan is. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds 2 cups of all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Pinch of salt 30 ml vegetable/coconut oil (neutral tasting) 3 dl plant milk (I used oat) 3.5 dl sparkling water Coconut oil for cooking How to make it? First, add the flaxseeds to a small bowl, cover it with water and set it aside for 10 minutes, meanwhile, make the batter. Add the flour (use a stiff), cinnamon, vanilla extract and plant milk to a large bowl. Use a whisk to mix it well to avoid any lumps. Once it’s done, start adding the sparkling water while still whisking, then let add the vegetable oil and the flax egg, mix it well. Let it sit for around 30 minutes (not a must, but helps the batter). Heat up a pan. Make sure it’s really heated (medium heat). Add a little bit of coconut oil, then start frying the pancakes on high heat. I always use a ladle to measure one crape (it’s a spoonful). Fry it on the first side for 1 minute until it gets solid even in the middle, and on the other side for around 50 seconds until it has a beautiful brown colour but is not burnt. Keep doing it until the mixture is gone  As there is no sugar in this crape, you can use it for sweet and savoury fillings as well. Enjoy!!! Music: I do not own any of the music in the video .
