20 Minute Full Body BARBELL WORKOUT At Home | Strength & Conditioning

Burn fat and build your endurance with this quick & dirty, full body workout 🏋️‍♀️ You’ll need a barbell to complete this workout. I used a 15kg/33Lbs Barbell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. Don’t worry if you don’t have a barbell, I'll show you the dumbbell alternatives for every exercise. Complete each circuit 2 x through. 30 secs work/10 secs rest ______________________________________ Circuit 1 1️⃣Deadlifts 2️⃣Barbell Row 3️⃣Hang Clean to Press 4️⃣Staggered Squats .
