Join me for a 15 minute core workout with the small ball. A mixed ability pilates workout to build a strong core, flatter tummy, great muscle tone and flexibility so you feel strong and at ease with your body. Do you want to see real change in your health and wellbeing but time is an issue? Well I have something special just for you. I have created a series of extremely effective 15 Minute Core workouts called Pilates Moves Me. Not only in flatter abs but also a stronger more flexible body with great posture. And don't you deserve that?! This is the third video of the series to be released, next week it will be 15 Mins standing workout so keep an eye out for that. This is a specially created class to build your core stability and strength using the soft ball as an aid. The soft ball will help you take the work deeper into your core, as well as build more awareness of it . You will work all of the core- pelvic floor, abdominals, side abdominals, back extensors and flexors as well get a total body workout. It's great fun too as I will give you lots of balance challenges which will help you focus on your core, and add an interesting twist to the pilates exercises you may already know.
