Join me for a reformer pilates style workout using the resistance band. This 30 minute full body workout will give you the feel and challenge of a reformer workout whilst working at home on your mat. All you need is a resistance band. I've created this workout for those that like a challenge and are interested to see how pilates reformer work differs from pilates matwork, you'll also see how it is the same too.
