Join me for a 25 minute Full Body pilates workout with the resistance band. A mixed level workout that increases muscle activation to improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and a great addition to any fitness regime. A wonderful workout for toning and sculpting the muscles, building core strength and giving you a healthier, stronger body.
