Crepes: Makes 6-7 crepes 250g whole grain flour (you can use all purpuse too) 2.5 dl oat milk 3.5 dl sparkling water 1/4 dl sunflower oil (or any neutral tasting) 8g corn flour 1 pinch salt 8g vanilla sugar Fry on medium-high heat, around 45 sec each side Chickpea mash 1 cup/can of chickpeas, washed and drained then mashed w fork/potato masher Dill (3tsp dried or a tablespoon freshly chopped-taste test=add more if needed) 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1 heaping tablespoon of vegan mayo 1 ripe avocado Half a lemon's juice Salt + pepper to taste Garlic powder (don't be shy with it) Mash together everything and enjoy! 💚 Pancake: Ingredients 1.5 cup oat flour 1cup oatmilk 1tsp baking powder 1tsp cinnamon 1 ripe mashed banana Pinch of salt Mix everything in a bowl until its well combined. Let it set for 10minutes. Then add around 2 tablespoons of batter to a heated (on medium heat) pan that is sprayed with coconut oil.
