Join me for 25 Minute inner and outer thigh workout. The ultimate pilates based thigh toning workout- no equipment needed. Just bring your mind and body into the room as we workout together. All of the exercises are Pilates exercises, which I explain at a pace that means you can do them with me. This 25 minute routine consists of a series of Pilates exercises to really tone and streamline the thighs by working all the muscles of the legs, front, back and sides! With the added bonus of some exercises that will tone and lift the bottom. It's quite challenging, you'll feel the burn as well as ache a little afterwards.
